This machine combines two separate exercises which can be used independently of one another to provide a full workout for the core and lower body.

The Twist ‘n’ Step is a combines two extremely effective cardiovascular exercises into one machine. The ‘Twist‘ section exercises the core muscles which improves flexibility in the waist. The ‘Step’ section then targets the muscle groups in the upper legs to improve both strength and mobility.
